So what makes this relatively young and vibrant company so extraordinary? Let us first look at the name Serendipity – This somewhat exotic word means “The faculty of making pleasant discoveries by accident” – and so it was with this in mind, – and certainly by no accident, that the board of directors decided that this would be the perfect Brand Name for their company formed in 1996. The soaring Swallow, that forms an integral part of the logo, signifies ever reaching outwards and up wards to improve to discover and always, as the swallow does, to return to that ethos and nest of excellence. Their slogan “Making unforgettable memories”, simple but powerful, reinforces the Serendipity Brand as well as brings the personalized service into the fore. |

Indeed it is due to the three dedicated directors, that the company is run with such apparent ease and competency. They hold regular meetings to discuss at length all company issues, new products and on-going marketing strategies.
Members of IATA and ASATA – with Serendipity’s Marketing Director – Dinesh Naidoo holding the prestigious position of National Vice President since 2005.
